If we receive no status update from you by the abovementioned date, the Sustainable Energy Development Authority (SEDA) Malaysia will initiate steps to revoke your Feed-in Approval.
Please ignore this email if you have already provided an update to the SEDA Malaysia."
Please take note that this is a reminder email and you are to update the e-FiT Online System and upload the required document onto the system as per your workplan within the timeframe as indicated by yourself. Non-related document is NOT allowed to be uploaded onto the e-FiT Online System and any other non-related document found uploaded onto the e-FiT Online System for any of your milestones will cause SEDA Malaysia to initiate steps to revoke your Feed-in Approval.
Please be reminded that as per the Technical & Operational requirements, the FiAH, upon successful Reliability Run and Testing & Commissioning of your RE plant, is required to inform SEDA Malaysia within 5 days after the successful Testing & Commissioning and submit the Testing & Commissioning results (certified by Distribution Licensee) and other related reports within 14 days.
The processing of FiTCD status of RE Plants are carried out on a monthly basis during the system maintenance period which is normally at the end of the month. If your RE plant has been tested and commissioned by Distribution Licensee before the 15th of a month, you Must update the e-FiT Online System and upload all the required documentations onto the system before 15th of the month if you wish your RE Plant to be processed for FiTCD status by the end of the same month else it will be processed in the subsequent month.
Notwithstanding the above, once all your uploaded documentations are confirmed to be complete and in order for all the milestones as stipulated in your workplan, SEDA Malaysia will update your RE plant's status to have achieved FiTCD status and the Distribution Licensee will start processsing the energy you exported to the grid. |
