e-FiT Online System Section

The e-FiT Online System section is restricted to those who have been granted access with a pre-approved username or password. However, such access may be revoked at any time at SEDA Malaysia’s sole discretion without being obligated to assign any reason whatsoever for the decision. An authorised user to this restricted section of the SEDA Malaysia Website shall be deemed to have agreed to the following when accessing the restricted section:

• not to divulge the assigned username or password to any third party;
• not to permit or encourage any unauthorised user to access the restricted section by using the username and password assigned to him;  and
• to change his original password immediately upon suspecting that the secrecy of his username and/or password may have been compromised in any wise whatsoever.

Governing Law

The governing law for the Terms and Conditions is the law of Malaysia irrespective of your current location or jurisdiction when accessing the SEDA Malaysia Website.
